Synergy Personal Training specializes in One-on-One training and Group Fitness training. The sessions are FUN and EFFECTIVE. They can include a variety of exercises like boxing (for maximun fat burning, improved coordination and increase of speed & power), weights training (for body shaping and muscle definition), TRX® Suspension exercises (for core strengthening and abs scuplting) and many more!

Synergy Personal Training is registered with Fitness Australia (#014054) and all sessions as fully-insured.
